Contesa delle Torri

La Contesa delle Torri (The Contest of the Towers) is a 14th-century historical reenactment that takes place in the villages of San Vito and Guadamello (Narni). The festival offers a plunge into the Middle Ages with flag throwers, historical parades, archery competitions ("La Disfida" – The Challenge), and the opening of taverns serving typical local dishes.
